NAD+ supplements on video, September 2026
What is NAD+ supplements?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell, where it takes part in energy metabolism. NAD+ supplements are oral products that contain NAD+ itself or its precursors, mainly NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) and NR (nicotinamide riboside). They come as capsules, powders, gummies and liposomal liquids. Studies in people are limited and still developing.
This report covers ingestible NAD+ products only. IV drips, injections, nasal sprays and patches are excluded. NAD+ in serums and creams has its own page: NAD+ skincare. In September, 40% of NAD+ supplement videos named NMN.

What this means for marketers
Growing, with the brand slot open
350 videos in September, 1.50% of wellness video, up 16% in share from August. The top brand, Cymbiotika, has only 9% of videos, so share of voice is still up for grabs.
Unbranded personas carry the reach
The two most-viewed posts (464K and 299K) come from one older-adult lifestyle account that never names a product, and its caption text appears almost word for word on another account. Brand-level tracking misses this reach.
Gummies and sponsored TikTok are the brand route
Goli's Renew NAD+ Gummies show up in 16 videos, 11 of them on TikTok, and 69% of NAD+ TikToks are flagged as sponsored (99 of 143).
Energy and aging, not skin, frame the pitch
"Longevity" appears in 45% of videos, "energy" in 40%, "sleep" in 20% and "skin" in 15%. NMN is named in 40%, NR in 6%. Ingredient education is part of the sell.
Doctors are the skeptics
Critical voices come from clinicians: an endocrinologist (99K) suggests exercise and sleep instead, and a doctor's rating calls NMN promising but unproven. Claims should be careful.
