New Integration: Yotpo

It is now possible to easily transform the voices of shoppers collected in Yotpo into actionable insights with Syncly. With this integration, you can not only accumulate reviews and ratings, but also automatically categorize feedbacks and derive meaningful analytics with AI. This enables you to proactively enhance shopper satisfaction and drive more revenue than ever before.

With the new Yotpo integration, you can now…

• Automatically categorize raw text into tags such as complaint, praise, and enhancement

• Classify reviews by commerce-relevant topics

• Generate one-click AI-driven summaries and actionable insights to boost your sales

• Implement deeper analysis with custom charts and dashboards

Setting up the Integration

1. Log in to your Syncly workspace, navigate to Settings > Integration, and click the Yotpo integration tile.
   
   

   

   
   

2. Then, you will be taken to the Yotpo login screen.
   
   

   

   
   

3. After logging in, you will be asked to select which store to connect with Syncly.
   
   

   

   
   

4. Once your store is connected, you’ll be redirected back to Syncly > Settings > Integrations.
   
   

5. To import review data, click the One-time import button, select the desired date range (up to 90 days), and start the import. You can repeat this process with different date ranges as needed.
   
   

   
   

   
   

6. That’s it! You’ve successfully set up the connection between Syncly and Yotpo Reviews. You can now access shopper insights directly within Syncly.
