What’s new at Syncly: AI Search

I’m excited to introduce the new AI Search! If you are part of a customer-facing team, you’ve probably received requests like, "How are our customers responding to our newly launched dashboard feature?" from different functions like product team or leadership. While it’s not too difficult to find the answer using Syncly's dashboards and charts, repeated requests from multiple divisions can quickly consume resources of your team. Particularly for the product team or leadership, the significant value of understanding VoC (Voice of Customer) data can be hindered by these communication inefficiencies.


Why We Developed AI Search


At Syncly, we believe it’s essential for every member of an organization to listen to the customer’s voice and utilize VoC data throughout the entire business process to foster product growth. Our goal is to create an extremely easy and streamlined experience for everyone – not just the CX team – to access VoC data. We designed a feature to facilitate simple yet accurate searches, quick trend identification, and convenient sharing.

The result is the new AI Search.


How to Use Syncly’s new AI Search


Let’s dive into the details of AI Search.



  • You can find the search bar at the top of the home screen or at the top left corner of the screen. 

  • You can prompt your question as if you are asking an actual person, or a combination of keywords. You can include the time period, keywords, and customer sentiments to optimize your search results.



  • Example:

    • By Sentence: Customers dissatisfied with (customer sentiment) refunds (keyword) this year (time period)

    • By words : 2024, refunds, dissatisfaction


Syncly’s search AI analyzes your query and applies the appropriate filters to display the desired results. If you’re not satisfied with the AI-generated filters, you can always adjust them manually.


How to Use AI Search: Viewing Search Results



In seconds, you will have a detailed report like this one based on your request. There are four main parts that make up your results;


  1. AI Summary: Display of an AI-generated summary of the search content.

  2. Feedback: Feedbacks and analyses corresponding to the search results. You can easily see trends, the distribution of customer sentiments within the list of feedback. You can also see the entire list of all feedback related to your search request.

  3. Top 10 Issues: List of the top 10 issues by volume based on your search.

  4. Customers: Display of the customers behind the feedback, including those who mentioned the keywords the most and their distribution across customer segments.*Your accounts/contacts attributes have to be set up in order to view this part. 

  5. Sharing results: Are you satisfied with the search results? By clicking the share button on the top right hand corner, you can copy the link of the search results and share with y our team instantly.
