Introducing Zendesk Integration

We are gradually releasing the required integration features according to our customers' requests. This time, we have launched the Zendesk integration feature.
Now, you can easily import chat data stored in Zendesk into Syncly with just one click and utilize AI analysis to easily identify customer issues.
[How to integrate]
To complete the integration, go to "Settings and Members > Integration," select Zendesk, and enter the subdomain of your Zendesk URL.
Once the integration is completed, you will be able to either 1) import past data on a one-time basis or 2) continuously import newly solved data.
Past Data: Import chat data for the specified period by setting the desired timeframe.
Newly Solved Data: Import data into Syncly triggered by the "Solved" status being assigned.
The imported chat data in Syncly will be automatically categorized based on the nature of the inquiries. It will extract and classify values suitable for categories such as Feature Requests, Bugs, or How to Inquiries.
Afterward, you can explore summarized reports showcasing the major customer issues categorized by each category or tag.
Now you can leverage Syncly to easily manage and analyze your Zendesk tickets(chat data), gaining valuable insights into customer feedback.
