Automate weekly, monthly, quarterly customer reporting by setting up subscriptions to customized dashboard(s).
Leverage Workflows, keep your team informed of latest customer insights and trend, all the while Syncly saves you and your team’s valuable time and resources.
Workflows(formerly Notification) feature helps you stay informed about important new feedback or significant spikes and drops in trends. You can also subscribe to receive the dashboard updates.
This way, your team can quickly identify and respond to feedback trends together.
Simply click on Workflows from the main menu.
There are three types of notifications you can set up from the Workflows menu:
New Feedback Received – Get notified when new feedback comes in.
Metric Monitoring – Receive alerts for unusual or significant changes in key metrics.
Report Scheduled – Subscribe to receive dashboards updates on a regular basis.
1. New Feedback Received
You can set up triggers for notifications based on four criteria:
Every feedback
Feedback with negative sentiment
Feedback with specific tags
Feedback with specific categories
After setting up your trigger, connect the Slack workspace and the channel where you’d like to send the notifications to.
Once the integration is complete, you can use the Test button to make sure the notifications are working seamlessly.
Click Save to confirm your settings.
2. Metric Monitoring
The Metric Monitoring allows you to track metric changes in feedback, topics, sources, tags, products, or data origins. You’ll receive notifications based on your custom criteria.
After selecting a value in the trigger settings, you can further customize the notification details:
Enter a number (when using percentage-based criteria)
Choose a metric to monitor:
Percent: Monitor changes based on percentage variation.
Absolute Number: Monitor changes based on the absolute number.
Set the direction to monitor (Up / Down)
Exceeding by:
For percentage-based monitoring: Even if the percentage threshold is met, the trigger won’t activate unless it exceeds the number set here.
(Example) If you set “5% Up Exceeding by 10”:
A change from 100 to 105 won't trigger (since the absolute change isn’t big enough).
A change from 300 to 320 will trigger.
For absolute number monitoring: The trigger will activate when the change exceeds the number set here.
Date setting:
Day to Day: Compare day-to-day numbers. You’ll receive a notification in the morning comparing the previous two days.
Week to Week: Compare week-to-week numbers. Notifications are sent on Monday comparing the previous two weeks.
Month to Month: Compare month-to-month numbers. You’ll get a notification on the 1st of the month comparing the last two months.
Set the Time: Choose when to receive the notifications.
After setting up your trigger, connect the Slack workspace and the channel where you’d like to send the notifications to.
Once the integration is complete, you can use the Test button to make sure the notifications are working seamlessly.
Click Save to confirm your settings.

There are two ways to set up a subscription:
