Prioritize customer feedback by impact

We are excited to introduce the updates to our Insight feature in this latest release. With this update, you can classify customer feedback into five categories and quickly identify the importance of trending issues by prioritizing them.

How to Use
Weekly Insights (1) List View
Visit the Insight List page to view the status of weekly insights and trend charts categorized by 5 categories.
Weekly Insight List:
Check the status of weekly insights. You can see the feedback count and analysis progress for the listed week.
Weekly Trend Charts:
View trend charts of feedback for the 5 categories. (You can find the description of each category in the provided link.)
Weekly Insights (2) - Details
In the categorized view of customer feedback, based on the five categories, you can see the automatically extracted details of the trending issues.
For each trending issue, you can assess its importance based on factors such as Feedback, Negative Sentiment, Account, and MRR.
Represents the number of feedback associated with the issue.
The higher the count, the more frequently the issue has been mentioned.
Indicates the percentage of feedback associated with the issue that has negative sentiment analysis results.
Represents the number of customers associated with the issue.
The higher the count, the more customers are affected by the issue.
MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue):
Represents the customer MRR associated with the issue.
The higher the value, the greater the impact on revenue.
Click the Share button on the top right of the Insight page to instantly copy the text or link.
The trending issues will be copied, categorized by category.
Copies the link that directly accesses the Insight page for the selected week.
(Applies if invited to the existing workspace)
Additional features such as Slack notifications and sharing functionalities will be added in the future.
Add to Task
For issues that require ongoing management, click the checkbox on the left side of the key issue and use "Add to Task" to register it as a new task. You can manage the progress of tasks on the Task page.
