Getting started with Syncly
Welcome to Syncly — a customer feedback management and analytics tool.
Syncly uses AI to automatically analyze your communication with customers,
helping customer-facing teams understand most urgent customer issues at scale.

Workspace is the central hub for all your feedbacks collected to Syncly. You can invite team members, prioritize feedbacks and view analysis.
At Settings and members, you can view the status of your account and invite your team to your workspace as a member or a viewer. You can also set up integrations with Slack channels.
Invite your team to collaborate. Copy Link and share it to your team.
-View only : invited member can view only.
-As a member : invited member can view and edit.
Integrate with slack to collect feedbacks directly from slack.
Go to the Integration tab and click on the slack button to proceed.
Create and manage labels the way you want to categorize feedbacks.
Push feedbacks into your workspace via uploading CSV / Excel files, push messages from Slack channels, and type in manually.
1. Type it in yourself
Type in the title and the main text.
2. Uploading CSV / Excel
Import bulk feedbacks using CSV or Excel files.
Download sample file to make sure your data is uploaded correctly.
3. Slack Import
3.1. Auto push
Push feedbacks from your Slack Workspace automatically.
Once it's set, every new thread will appear in Syncly Feedbacks list.
3.2. Manual push
Push feedbacks from your Slack Workspace by adding :push_syncly: emoji.
Company Name and Priority is updated in real time from Slack.
Create features and prioritize or manage status of each.
Features can be linked to every feedbacks to remain the context.
