Introducing Linear Integration

We are excited to share this week's Syncly update!
Syncly analyzes customer feedback and organizes it into actionable items for product and development teams. We are currently developing an integration feature that allows sending these items to project management tools. We are thrilled to announce the first integration tool released, which is Linear integration.
Now, you can easily send action items based on Customer insights to Linear and manage them seamlessly.
How to Integrate
[Basic Integration Setup]
Simply go to the Settings & Members > Integration page and select Linear. You can easily complete the integration process using Google login authentication.
On the Task page, you will find the Linear icon at the top-right corner of each task.
Click on this icon to link the task directly to Linear and create an issue.
Select the relevant project and send the issue in real-time.
By checking the issues created in Linear, you can maintain continuity by linking them to the respective task pages in Syncly.
Once a Linear issue is resolved, you can easily navigate back to the task page and inform customers who provided feedback about the new feature release with just one click, enabling more effective communication.
Collaborative Workspace for Customer-facing Team and Product Team
Connect customer feedback managed by the Customer-facing team with the tickets managed by the product team. When you select items to work on based on customer feedback in Syncly, registering them as issues in Linear allows you to maintain the link with the customer feedback. The basis for decision-making, represented by customer feedback data, is preserved in Syncly, and you can always verify the original data and rationale through the provided link.
Building Closer Customer Relationships and Fostering Loyalty
By examining the Syncly tasks and feedback linked to Linear tickets, you can manage the history of customer demands. Once customer requirements are fulfilled, you can notify them, fostering closer relationships and creating loyal customers. Customers who are engaged enough to provide feedback on your product/service are more likely to respond positively to such notifications.
