New Integration with Front

We are excited to announce a new integration tool added to Syncly this week. You can now easily import chat or email data from Front.
With just a single click, you can effortlessly connect Syncly with Front and start utilizing the chat data from your conversations with customers.
To complete the integration, go to "Settings and Members > Integration" and select Front to grant access.
Once the integration is set up, you will have two options:
One-time Import : You can retrieve chat data from a specific period by selecting the desired timeframe.
Continuous Import of Archived Data: Syncly will automatically import data whenever it is archived in Front.
The imported chat data in Syncly will be automatically categorized based on the nature of the inquiries. It will extract and classify values suitable for categories such as Feature Requests, Bugs, or How to Inquiries.
Afterward, you can explore summarized reports showcasing the major customer issues categorized by each category or tag.
Now you can leverage Syncly to easily manage and analyze your Front chat data, gaining valuable insights into customer feedback.
